Four Things To Look Forward To In The Coming Months!
As we welcome 2022, it’s a time for setting ambitious goals for the future and reflecting on past achievements. To begin, Desmond McNelis, our CEO and President of Highland Management Group, was named Rookie of the Year by our collective clients’ number one sales office for six months. This recognition from the clients we represent has resulted in increased networking opportunities, with new business owners visiting our office to train and network.
So, as we head into the new year, our main focus will be to continue providing opportunities for new owners seeking growth and, hopefully, expanding into five new offices!
In the coming months, we expect the following four changes in our business.
1. Promotion to New Jersey and Philadelphia
Our clients are encouraged to participate in new promotions through our company. This will allow us to grow our campaigns and outreach to more people who are in need.
2. Minimum of two more expansions in the next year
We will allow us a wider reach, and there will be a minimum of two people in a Branch management role.
3. Expansion of the Human Resources department
HR plays a significant role in developing positive business culture and improving employee engagement and productivity. This will improve internal processes, create succession ladders, set up professional development and new-hire training programs, and enrich company culture.
