I began my professional journey with Highland Management in November of 2023 and I would not have anticipated the rapid change I began to see within myself and my professional career. As a First Generation Mexican American, my goal is to influence and encourage our diverse community and provide them with the tools and resources to excel in their careers. With the help of wonderful leaders, I have acquired knowledge in Business Management and the back ends of Recruiting. I anticipate to gather more knowledge as I continue growing within the company and myself.
